HOW TO SELL WITH US:

You can bring up to 2 shopping totes or trash bags of   freshly washed clothes and gently used shoes & accessories.

• Children’s clothes, shoes & accessories

Clothes must be freshly washed, even if they've just been sitting in a closet or dresser.

For cleanliness, our buyers are unable to review clothes with:

• Stale or strong odors (e.g. cigarette, body odor, marijuana)
• Hair
• Deodorant stains
• Other obvious signs they haven't been freshly washed
• 
  

Please remove all hangers before dropping off your clothes.

Tip for success: Before you come in, check for stains, holes, rips, pilling, and other signs of excessive wear. Clothes with any of these are usually automatic passes.

When you check in, we'll give you an estimated review time.

We try to review your items the same day, but it may take 1–2 days if we're backed up with a large number of drop-offs. 

Clothes are reviewed in the order they are checked in. To provide a fair experience for all our sellers, we unfortunately can't skip the line or do on-the-spot reviews, even if you only bring in a small number of items.

We'll text you when your clothes are ready.

We'll send up to 3 text reminders, usually every 2 days.

Please pick up within 5 days or call to let us know when you're planning to come back. After 5 days:

• Items we've chosen to buy will be automatically finalized as store credit.
• Items we're passing on will be donated.

Our buyers choose clothes based on:

• Condition
• Brand
• Style (typically clothes that are trendy/made in the last few years)
• What sizes or items we need more of
• What is currently selling well in-store
• 
  

**Due to the limited space in our store and our set monthly buying budget as a small business, we have to be selective with the items we choose to take in. Thank you for understanding. **

A great brand or brand-new item does not guarantee we will be able to buy it.

If we want to buy your items, we will offer you both:

💵 Cash: usually 10–15% of our selling price
🛍️ Store credit: usually 20–25% of our selling price (never expires)

You choose cash or store credit.

You can also take back any or all items. You are never obligated to sell to us.

When you pick up, we'll return everything we're not buying.

Our computer system auto-prices items 40–60% below retail, and we then pay about 10–15% of our selling price in cash or 20–25% in store credit.

We want to be upfront about how our buying works so you can decide if we're the right option for you.

If maximizing earnings over convenience is your priority though, selling on Marketplace, resale apps, or via consignment stores may be a better fit — if you’re willing to invest the extra time and effort.
